About Holly
Holly Haws is a distinguished real estate coach and investor who works with real estate agents and teams, particularly those building extensive portfolios or working significantly with investors. As a top 5% MAPS coach with over 6000 coaching hours, Holly has helped professional real estate agents build multi-million dollar portfolios in under 24 months and helped 1 client build a portfolio from 0 to over 150 doors in that same period of time. With a proven track record, her long-term coaching clients have seen substantial increases in their net worth—averaging gains of $320,000 in 2021, $240,000 in 2022, and over $235,000 in 2023—largely attributing their success to the strategic intentionality fostered through their coaching partnership with Holly. Additionally, Holly has used her own investing skillset to build a personal portfolio that conservatively cashflows $10k per month in under 5 years.
Originally from Colorado, Holly relocated to Wichita to pursue a career in education. She holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and secondary education and a master’s in education/ESOL from Tabor College and Newman University respectively. Starting her career as a teacher at Wichita High School East, Holly transitioned into real estate after buying her first home and realizing her passion for the industry. Licensed since October 2014, she sold nearly 1000 homes (mostly investment properties) before transitioning full–time into her true passion – coaching and teaching.
When Holly is not working, she enjoys spending time outside with her husband and 2 kids (1 and 3). Her family values include visiting a beach and a new national park each year, and so far, they’ve visited over a dozen parks including Yellowstone, Yosemite, Great Bend, Smoky Mountain National Parks. She LOVES going to garage sales and finding great deals (she spent a summer flipping furniture (mostly dressers) from garage sales for a profit without refurbishing any).
Holly also has a heart for developing business owners and entrepreneurs inside of her local church and gives several hours each month towards getting new business ideas up and running. In under 5 years, she was able to build a real estate portfolio that pays her families basic monthly expenses with less than $100k cash. Because of the options this has given her, Holly is now on a mission to help women become powerful real estate investors to have more freedom and flexibility to spend time less time working for the next dollar and more time with those who matter most.
